after no food for 30 hours it took two and a half hours to get a cup of tea. the tomato consomme soup was disgusting it tasted like boiled water with a few chemicals thrown in Later when i was still on liquids only a cup of tea served in the evening was accompanied by a biscuit which i was very tempted to eat as i was so hungry

The cleanness, professionalism and care were above normal standards. I was extremely happy with those. However, there were lots of issues that I would have not expected at such a treatment.

Staff were all very approachable - from porters through to surgeons. The room 525 was superb and loved the view.
