The cleanness, professionalism and care were above normal standards. I was extremely happy with those. However, there were lots of issues that I would have not expected at such a treatment.

Suggested improvements
i) provide instructions when scheduling the gastroscopy. I received a text message with time and had to call to ask for instructions. ii) ensure you call the right person to pick you up, not the next if kin iii) gluten free options should be available for patients in this procedure
