I was made to feel comfortable from my first consultation to leaving the Cleveland Clinic after my procedure. I found all members of the team professional, friendly and helpful. The level of care is exemplary and the facilities to a very high level. Thank you to all members of the medical team for taking such good care of me. Excellent facilities - very clean and modern. Lovely caring staff - all the nurses were extremely friendly, personable yet efficient. The consultant was also efficient, down to earth and compassionate.

Mr. Grover was clear in his explanation of the cause of the problems, the treatment given to me by the NHS, the possible types of treatment. However, because of the length of time since the operation in May, he explained that he needed to know about the current state of the fistula before deciding on the next course of action and in his opinion, this was best achieved through another angiogram which he agreed to organise as soon as possible. I felt very reassured and have full confidence in the care provided by Mr. Grover.
