I was very impressed about all aspects of care on the day.
However I had no letter from the hospital prior to today's appointment, which would have been helpful, to explain the procedure and time it takes.
I felt under pressure because of car parking time running out not knowing how long to allow for, this was unnecessary and unhelpful.

All went well. Explained in details the procedure. Staff very polite, and did not mind asking them to repeat as I had no hearing on left ear very helpful and passionate.
