I was very impressed about all aspects of care on the day.
However I had no letter from the hospital prior to today's appointment, which would have been helpful, to explain the procedure and time it takes.
I felt under pressure because of car parking time running out not knowing how long to allow for, this was unnecessary and unhelpful.
