All the staff were very caring and compassionate. The patient were allowed to fully articulate their experiences.

Sometimes patters would change eg - nurses checking in on the morning. I got used to them waking me up so did not set on alarm. Then are morning almost missed breakfast because no one came in. Not a major issue.

Everyone from the nursing, cleaning. Kitchen and doctor team have been very kind and compassionate towards their care.

Included more sessions with Beena and give updates to the support members from the family.

The experience with the cardinal has been much more positive and empowering than at other my provides. The staff are fantastic.

I was treated with total respect and compassion by every member of the team during my stay. Everyone was totally supportive and understanding and made the bad days easier to get through.

I feel like I was listened to during my time as a day - patient. All of the staff were very helpful and considerate and took a genuine interest in my well-being. There were a few occasions where I was not making it easy for the team to help me, however, I was quickly reassured that they had my best interests in mind. Everyone was patient with me which I really appreciated.

Possibly a wider variety of lunch choices.
