I feel like I was listened to during my time as a day - patient. All of the staff were very helpful and considerate and took a genuine interest in my well-being. There were a few occasions where I was not making it easy for the team to help me, however, I was quickly reassured that they had my best interests in mind. Everyone was patient with me which I really appreciated.

Possibly a wider variety of lunch choices.
