Waited months to be passed on and still waiting to get the appropriate treatment and this has been on going for over 2 years

I haven’t been asked about my spiritual/faith needs or my cultural needs. I don’t know about things like care plans etc, although to be fair I haven’t asked. My support worker is proactive, supportive, available and empathetic.
My need to have a female support worker due to trauma issues was dealt with without question and immediately for which I am very grateful
You ask some really fundamental questions that your keyworker is best placed to answer. Things may become clearer as time progresses. Best wishes Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager
I haven't even had an appointment yet so I don't know why I have got to fill this out. I have been waiting for ages for an appointment.
I am really sorry about this, it is not good enough. Please contact our confidential helpline (PALS) on 0800 917 8504 or pals@nhft.nhs.uk to resolve. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager
Only doing as well as I am for the excellent care I receive
I personally believe in Holistic therapy’s and feel that the service is very focused on medication on despite there being much media coverage and doubts of the effectiveness of medication Campbell house still do not offer fitness activities or holistic therapies I think the work is moving forward and people out now more balanced with alternative options
Thank you for your feedback, we are unable to offer holistic therapy but do signpost if required.
Thank you for your suggestion which I have passed to the service manager. best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient experience Manager
As we(I advocate for my child who has GAD and depression) were referred MONTHS ago and still haven't even had an assessment despite being promised one within 6-8 weeks it feels like a slap in the face being asked to review a service we have not yeteven recieved!
My daughter is awaiting ASD/adhd assessment now booked for February, but the arc team were made aware she needs a medication review and the "go to mind cafes if in crisis" is of no benefit as it is medication that needs to be looked at

Cuz the great service
I am so pleased to have feel so understood, listened to and supported by the amazing therapists who work at the Northampton General Hospital's Perinatal mental health team. They really took the time to understand what support would be best for me, helped devise a plan of action, supported with me with both group work and 1 to 1 sessions and have been looking after me with regular catch ups. I have felt more in control and more content knowing I have their help. [name removed] and [name removed] to me have been particularly helpful.
Thank you for your kind comments. I have passed your comment about face to face sessions to the service manager. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient experience Manager
Not only did [name removed] [name removed] give excellent care. The whole team did. Nurse [name removed] when she came to visit in my home.
Suport worker [name removed] when she also visited me.
You can tell they enjoy their job and that shows in the care and compassion they showed me.
Not once did I ever feel like I was wasting anyone time.
They all had time for me to listen and help.
Having the 9-5 number to call plus a 24 hour number to call. Gave me the feeling of never being a lone. And that there was someone ready to listen no matter what the time was.
