I found a problem with parking but that was my only complaint I found the unit I had treatment in was very well organised, it was very clean and staff were friendly,all my needs were met the care they gave was very good.

Obviously nobody really wants to go into hospital, but if you have to, I have no hesitation in recommending the new and improved Broomfield. I'm a regular attendee at the hospital (at least twice a quarter, following a kidney transplant in 2008) and I'm very happy with the facilities and care that I've received.

My father-in-law was recently admitted to the ICU at Broomfield Hospital, and then transferred to Felsted Ward. The care he received was outstanding. The staff showed great compassion and kindness to him, as the patient, and to all family members, throughout a difficult time. The hospital was very clean and comfortable, and we feel very lucky to have an excellent service in the area that we live.
