We went after ringing 111 for my daughter who we suspected was just starting with chicken pox as well as the issue we were there for. Was informed by 111 to inform reception staff we suspected my daughter had chicken pox so they could potentially seat us in a quieter area to prevent spreading it. When I informed the receptionist she was rude and blunt and said we can't change your triage. I didn't want mu triage changing I was just informing my daughter had chicken pox but instead was told to find a seat in a over crowded waiting area. As it was late on, during our wait to be seen they started seeing people that had just walked in to be triaged which I thought focus on the patients that have already been waiting for 3 hours. The nurse that did see to us was lovely though, even making my daughter feel comfortable so a big thank you to her.

I attended the centre with my 21 week old daughter after being told my drs had no apps left for her . I would just like clarification on whether my drs had a duty of care to offer my daughter an appointment as she is under 11 and it was my understanding at the very least she should of been offered a telephone app. The centre also informed me of this never the less my over all experience was really good in particular one of the ladies at the desk who check us in

Never used the walk in centre before and was expecting a longer wait. I had to wait an HR and a half which passed quickly as I took my book. I would definitely use again in an emergency.

Maybe a TV screen. Helps passed the time. Water would be a good idea if you are waiting a long time.
