I have seen Dr Helen twice in the space of 5 months and was so impressed both times by her clinics friendly reassuring manner and professionalism and efficiency. Kudos to her and all her team . It is very much appreciated in these scary times.

Hand therapy at home worked amazing well for me, Kim Dunbar the therapist who treated me was kind and understanding she provided clear and concise information and an easy to follow therapy plan

I was seen today again by Dr Mc Evoy, for a Re-Excision on my forehead. She explained the procedure clearly. , executed the minor op quickly and gently. Both the Doctor and nurse made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I can’t thank them enough, indeed I had great care today.

With Covid Virus, I don’t think you could do anything better., quite satisfied.

I had an appointment by phone with my physiotherapist as my video camera was not working. I could understand our discussion and was given substantial advice as how to proceed with my exercises as well as receiving an email with diagrams. Although this is not ideal as face to face treatment it is better than having no contact with a physiotherapist. The physio did not rush and was helpful in understanding my needs. I tried to take a few notes but it was hard concentrating and listening. Perhaps a short written report on the discussion etc would be helpful but also realise that this would be a lot of extra work for the physio.

Both Dr McEvoy and Dr Krol and the team were warm and reassuring. I was made to feel at ease which is so important when 'the imagination' can run away with dark thoughts...when something is suspected of being cancerous. Thank you again.

For now...nothing, but I do hope that I get prompt feedback after my biopsy results are available.
