I had an appointment by phone with my physiotherapist as my video camera was not working. I could understand our discussion and was given substantial advice as how to proceed with my exercises as well as receiving an email with diagrams. Although this is not ideal as face to face treatment it is better than having no contact with a physiotherapist. The physio did not rush and was helpful in understanding my needs. I tried to take a few notes but it was hard concentrating and listening. Perhaps a short written report on the discussion etc would be helpful but also realise that this would be a lot of extra work for the physio.
