1 Willow close provides a much needed break for carers, allowing them to continue care at home.
An absolutely essential service which provides bed based respite for adults with learning disabilities, thereby giving a much needed break to parents/carers, enabling them to continue care at home.
This service is essential for families caring for a family member with severe learning disabilities as it gives them a well earned break from their responsibilities and so enables them to continue care at home. Frankly, without this service many of us would be unable to carry on so it's considered an absolute lifeline.
It is particularly good in that staff are well trained, know the people in their care well and listen properly to information provided. This enables carers to take a break with peace of mind, knowing their loved one will be well looked after.

We had some heath concerns for our daughter on admission. Staff listened carefully and looked after her beautifully. On her return home we found her much improved. Full marks to all concerned.
An excellent service provided by great staff. Our daughter had the opportunity of a swimming session during her stay which is lovely.
like home to home
Excellent standards, gives carers a chance to recharge without worry for family members. Great staff who are always looking for new and better ways to improve this fundamental service.
A very good place to stay, staff are consistently excellent and are making genuine efforts to provide day time and evening activities for everyone to enjoy which is very much appreciated. The county/country needs more places like this to give families a well earned rest, enabling them to keep loved ones at home thereby saving costs in the long term.
A very good stay for our daughter who came home happy and well looked after. Staff are caring and helpful allowing us a much needed worry free break, 10/10 we couldn't manage at home without this vitally important service.
