When calling or an appointment in the morning, the line is always engaged. By the rime one goes through, the appointments are no longer available. What is concerning is lack of empathy from the receptionist. They should at least have a bit of empathy considering that a GP surgery is a healthcare service. E.g 'o' I am really sorry you could not go through but now we are fully booked. Is it an emergency? I can make suggestions etc.
Helped me out with getting a doctors note for my exams! The doctor was more than happy to help and he sorted it out for me before the exam which was very helpful.
I saw Dr Croskery about a problem with my legs. Dr Croskery recognized my condition, referred me to the lymphedema clinic (Sheffield). Recognizing and getting me help has been life changing. I now know it's not my fault I have the condition (Lymphedema) and for the first time since puberty (I am now 64 years old) I have confidence in myself receive verbal and practical support with understanding and get garments for my legs that help with the condition that greatly reduces the severe pain I often get. Thank you.
Dr Mayor/Coskery and Feeld are Brilliant. Unfortunately it's the receptionists that let the whole practice down.
It is very hard to get appointment by phone. Sometimes you are waiting for half an hour and the appointments are full.
People not ringing to cancel their appointments should be made to wait longer for appointment in future.
Whichever doctor I see I have always received very good treatment and advice.
