I cannot understand the negative review about the reception staff I have never been rude to or ignored,they are 1st class I can only assume the person was the rude to the staff hence the negative response which I can understand.
Keep up the good work both staff & doctors,I have always had great service thank you all

I have always found both the receptionsists, GPs and nurses very helpful at the surgery. The environment is clean and welcoming. Appointments have been available to book over the telephone and on line for my GP, which I find very useful. There is also a GP available for emergency appointments so I feel well supported by the surgery if I need it. The corridors at the far end are a little difficult if there are people sitting waiting for an appointment and a wheelchair or puschair need to come past. However all appointments are now on the ground floor and this makes access easier for all. The surgery also offer some early and late appoitments which helps me as I work full time and saves me having to take time out from work to attend an appointment. Thanks to all staff.

Online booking for appointments and ordering prescriptions is perfect for my busy lifestyle and offers a wide variety of appointment times for both my GP and the nursing staff. Reception team very helpful and polite when I have needed to call the surgery. Very pleased with the overall service provided by the surgery.

The toilet for the disabled has bars but not a high seat. This makes it impossible to use with a dodgy hip. Ditto the height of chairs in the waiting room, few of which have arms for helping oneself to stand.
