I have always found both the receptionsists, GPs and nurses very helpful at the surgery. The environment is clean and welcoming. Appointments have been available to book over the telephone and on line for my GP, which I find very useful. There is also a GP available for emergency appointments so I feel well supported by the surgery if I need it. The corridors at the far end are a little difficult if there are people sitting waiting for an appointment and a wheelchair or puschair need to come past. However all appointments are now on the ground floor and this makes access easier for all. The surgery also offer some early and late appoitments which helps me as I work full time and saves me having to take time out from work to attend an appointment. Thanks to all staff.
