an excellent team, well motivated and caring, excellent customer facing culture, practically perfect - occasionally find it difficult to get an early appointment with the doctor of your choice for the sake of continuity of care - alternate doctors are nevertheless also excellent - my diabetes is checked and managed on a regular basis as is my eczema - my anxiety has been referred to a CBT psychotherapist - am not sure whether this approach is the best way forward, if it doesn't work am not sure of the way forward.

An excellent surgery, all the staff here are so helpful and friendly. Visiting this practice whether it be for blood tests, seeing a nurse (All are Brilliant!) or one of the exceptionally good Doctors, it is always a pleasure. A very clean, pleasant environment and a pharmacy on site also ... What more can you want or need? I Love this surgery and all who work here! I work full time and being able to see a doctor after I finish work or on a Saturday morning is such a great help. What a privilege it is to be a patient here, I am a very lucky lady indeed! KUDOS 10/10 *****

I have always received excellent care from Dr. Orr. She is great, relaxes me and has a very good sense of humour. I shall miss her very much when she retires.

I had been using this surgery for many years before moving to Guildford, then I found myself homeless and I am now sofa surfing and mainly stay at my mums nearby to the surgery,
I must admit there was some problems signing up but only for the kindness of the staff and doctors knowing my problems they let me sign up as temp so I could get treatment for on going heart issues. "THANK YOU"
also I have been given some real information on how to deal with the problems of being homeless because when your homeless it is very difficult to get a practise to take you on, and if you do fit into the homeless category you may find that your delisted from surgery's very quick due to numbers and some unpleasant surgery's but Upper Gordon Road found time for me due to social issues and I am ok for the moment and do not have to ask to purchase certain medications from people desperate enough to sell their own meds "David Cameron your a real hero are you not"

40 years of positive service from all doctors as well as nurses and reception staff. Never had any dissatisfaction - when husband was terminally ill the doctors and nurses came each day and were very caring & supportive. A bout of shingles left me housebound and alone and my medications were organised to be delivered to my home - thanks to Dr Orr.
Nothing negative to add.
