University Of Sussex Health Centre

GP has been excellent and professional, especially when dealing with less-than-helpful doctors from other nearby hospitals. Continues to provide great care and support.
Going to the nurse or gp is always easy. Staff are friendly and really care. I have a chronic illness so I am a regular user. But at the university health centre I always feel welcome and over the year I’ve always received really good treatment
We have been attending the practice for over 20 years
Overall the practice is outstanding.
The doctors have always been extremely good and make you feel listened to.
The nurses are very knowledgeable and the entire team always go out of their way to treat people with kindness and care. Emma, Sarah and the two Jo's are particularly exceptional.
Reception is unfortunately very hit or miss. Mary and Doreen(?) have always been wonderful. However there are a couple of others that can be unhelpful and at times less than pleasant to some people. Having to listen to comments about patients after they've left is unpleasant and unprofessional.
Having the physio and wellbeing service on-site is a fantastic addition.
I am repeatedly impressed with the care and provision at this surgery. I think that the staff are fantastic.
All the staff I had contact with both physically and over the phone were very friendly and helpful.
In the consulting room, the female doctor had a very friendly disposition and dispersed my nervousness.
Overall, I had a very good experience. Kudos to University of Sussex Health Centre.
