I had the need to contact the surgery Xmas Eve morning for an appointment. I was informed of the 'sit and wait' surgery that was held that morning. I left home at 9.15 am and was back in my house by 10.15 am. I found the customer service excellent from all I had contact with that day. I've had to return twice since the original appointment and have experienced the same customer satisfaction at both. I've worked in general practice so I know how difficult it is to achieve and maintain customer care and satisfaction. This general practice delivers both.

Having read these reviews its like I'm visiting one surgery and reading about another........ How you people manage to get an appointment in a few days is beyond me as on the numerous times i have tried then i get told it is at least a 10 day wait (and yes it was urgent), the only option seems to be the emergency sit and wait clinic, which half of the people here don't have an emergency they just have no other option if they want to see a doctor before there small problem becomes a major one.
My favourite moments are when they text patients and say to ensure that you go to the GP rather than accident and emergency...... if only we could....

Having just registered at this practice, it was refreshing to find such a friendly and helpful attitude from both reception and clinical staff alike.

Yet again great service I called at 10am Thursday to get a non urgent appointment for my son and got an appointment Friday afternoon (could have had morning if I wanted). The doctor we saw was kind and reassuring and encouraged me not to hesitate to make another appointment if the prescribed treatment doesn't help. Always get fantastic care at this practice!
