Having read these reviews its like I'm visiting one surgery and reading about another........ How you people manage to get an appointment in a few days is beyond me as on the numerous times i have tried then i get told it is at least a 10 day wait (and yes it was urgent), the only option seems to be the emergency sit and wait clinic, which half of the people here don't have an emergency they just have no other option if they want to see a doctor before there small problem becomes a major one. My favourite moments are when they text patients and say to ensure that you go to the GP rather than accident and emergency...... if only we could....
