I had the need to contact the surgery Xmas Eve morning for an appointment. I was informed of the 'sit and wait' surgery that was held that morning. I left home at 9.15 am and was back in my house by 10.15 am. I found the customer service excellent from all I had contact with that day. I've had to return twice since the original appointment and have experienced the same customer satisfaction at both. I've worked in general practice so I know how difficult it is to achieve and maintain customer care and satisfaction. This general practice delivers both.
