The Tilehurst surgery is second to none. It is the very epitome of `Best Practice`. The staff are friendly and welcoming, whilst at the same time being totally efficient, effective and professional. The surgery is bright and welcoming, for all ages, from small children playing with the toys provided to the eldest patients. The information provided for patients in the waiting room is always pertinent, topical and helpful. One can feel the thought and planning behind the practice at the surgery, which is always to provide a superlative service, which is always attained and maintained. It is a privilege to be a patient at this model of excellence.

I have been at this surgery for the last 16 years and have always received the best of care for myself and my family. Dr Pizura particularly is always very helpful and thorough and the Reception Staff are warm and welcoming. I recently had some very serious concerns about my teenage son and Dr. Pizura helped us immensley to be seen by the relevant department very quickly. I am not a regular user of the Dr's but when I've needed an appointment I have never had to wait too long for an appointment.
