It is good that the walk in is open on public holidays but the wait is quite long. More doctors would be nice.

Appointments are difficult to get but the care when I do get seen is very good.

This center is so unclean and chaotic. Doctors are not friendly or helpful. I've been as a walk in and a registered patient and had bad experience with both. I have moved doctors now.

absolutely useless, doctors are so not interested in patients and seem to want to rush you out, can never get an appointment, and the walk in waiting times are ridiculous its no wonder people go to A&E. doctors cant prescribe medication or refer you on if you use the walk in clinic, have had more informed diagnosis from nurses and pharmacists.
would not recommend to anyone.

Most of the surgery staff are pleasant and helpful. The drs don't always seem to have enough authority to do what is needed to be done ie referrals have to ho via a meeting. The biggest problem is actually getting an appointment at the moment there are no prebookable appointments.
