In the last couple of weeks I have had a great dial of help, co-ordinated support, and efficiency and sympathy, from the HCA's as well as the doctors.

As with most GP surgeries now the appointments can be two weeks away, but if it's really urgent the reception staff do their utmost to get you booked in quickly and obviously emergency (non 999) appointments are also arranged. They offer an online booking service too so that for regular appointments you are able to book in at anytime without having to clog up the telephone line for an appointment, also reorder regular medications too and have them sent directly to your chosen chemist. I have a chronic condition which is always dealt with quickly and efficiently, the staff always kind and caring, a friendly smile at the reception desk and efficiently run surgery with the nurses and doctors alike. The service and care received from Southwater Village Surgery has always been excellent for me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Please run on time. Been waiting 45 minutes and still not been seen! Receptionist rude too, when asking how much longer it will be.
