Takes to long to get through on the phone.
1st thing in the morning.
Some time you can not get an appointment for days.

Doctors very good a specialist in COPD helps personally.
Doctors thorough.
Seen the same day.
Good to see so many young family members using the surgery.
No complaints personally and have not met anyone who has complained.
A selection of doctors so can see Male or Female
Could improve telephone for appointments. but do not have to wait too long.
Could do blood tests on site
More use could and will be made of the premises, new developments in the area.

Response from The Village Surgery
A daily phlebotomy service is available for patients requiring blood tests daily from 08:20 - 10:45 at which time the bloods are collected by the pathology department for onward transmission to East Surrey Hospital for analysis.
