Myself and my Partner have been with this practice for about 16 years and we can not fault them. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful,and the doctors are second to none for care,treatment and follow up. If there any negative remarks about this practice we would be shocked!! Many thanks to you All.

I prefer to stay with one doctor as they know all my problems but if it was urgent and my doctor was not in surgery i would visit another.The care i get has always been very good and to my satisfaction many thanks ,Mr A Bailey.

Please train your staff before they refuse a medication on a tepeat prescription to check how many tablets are taken each day. I was recently refused medication being told I was given 3 months supply 6weeks ago. I had point out I took 2 tablets a day, which amounted to 6 weeks supply only. I was told I would have to come back after noon the next day. I went back at 12:30 the next day to be told there was no prescription for me. I explained the situation and was told she did not know which doctor had my prescription and I would have to call back later. I then insisted she find my prescription as I had been messed about enough . She went away and few minutes later I had my prescription. I am disabled and could do without extra visits.
