To get an appointment with my doctor I use the web, usually I can't get an appointment within two weeks. If it is an emergency I can go to the surgery, on the day and wait anything up to 3 hours to see any doctor. If I want to see my doctor fairly quickly it is impossible to get the receptionist to give a date earlier than the 14 days. Once a see my doctor I have no complaints, he is an excellent doctor. The repeat prescipt service goes wrong too often for me to be completely satisfied.

The doctors are very friendly and listening. They know their job well. The only problem is you have to wait for 3 weeks before you get an appointment.

It's a great practice but busy and sometimes there can be a wait for appointments but that's only because they're so busy. But the care is fantastic and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

This was my first experience of attending a walk in clinic. I rang the previous day to confirm whether I could attend and also if I could see a female doctor. Reception was courteous and efficient and I was very pleased and reassured with the consultation and treatment I received. Not much more to add except that I feel a great deal better than I did when I attended last week! Thank you to everyone and especially the lovely doctor.

Great place I was an hour late and they still accommodated me ,! Gp was so friendly and took time to understand my issue
