I have contacted your receptionists a few times on the last few months and never once have I been helped or spoken to with any sort of compassion. I am always spoken to with rudeness and I do not appreciate it at all! I am in EXTREME PAIN and have been suffering for 2 days. I have been trying to call your office since 8:30am, I re-dialed at least 50 times, I emailed and no-one has come back to me. I sent a message on Facebook and no-one has come back to me. Eventually at 10:38am I finally got through to reception. I explained I am in EXTREME PAIN and I received the same rude negative result as I always get, I was told I can only speak to a dr if I call between 8:30 and 10am, which I had done but no-one answered which I explained and I was once again spoken to with no compassion, I was basically told oh well, enjoy your pain. I do not appreciate the utter disregard for me. Please urgently tell me what I am supposed to do to speak to a dr? I cannot understand why speaking to a dr is completely impossible? I urgently need to figure out what is wrong with me but as your receptionist don’t care and have no compassion I guess I have to suffer through this. Please can you urgently assist?

What do the actual doctors do at this present time because they are hardly seeing any patients that’s for sure?? Had a telephone consultation with a very pleasant dr. He wrote a prescription to be sent to the chemist next door. I later contacted them to see if it was ready but they hadn’t received it. Spent 40 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone at the surgery only to be told they didn’t know where the script was!! The receptionist was apologetic but offered no resolution especially as it was late on a Friday and a bank holiday weekend.

There is no reason why doctors shouldn’t be seeing more patients face to face. You can’t examine people on the phone. Things seem to be very disorganised behind the scenes. Shouldn’t have to wait 40 minutes for my call to be answered on a Friday at 5pm and I shouldn’t have to spend the bank holiday without the medication I was prescribed. No wonder people are turning up at a and e for treatment.

Excellent service all round - brilliant doctors who always have time for you and go the extra mile. Friendly and helpful receptionists who are often under appreciated. Great nurses too - couldn’t ask for better from this excellent practice.

I tried on 3 occasions to get an appointment stressing the severity of my illness and they wouldn't see me. Turns out it was pneumonia - thanks a bunch.
