The Croft Practice

I think the surgery staff are becoming less stressed. When I have a problem they are easier to talk to I think the new building is going to help a lot Dr. Rose has been really helpful when my annual Thyroid check is necessary but I have had problems booking an appointment with her. It is good to follow through with the same doctor.

I have always been looked after well by all the doctors , and especially Kevin who saw me for an emergency appointment last week . He was kind caring and showed lots of empathy , I’m very happy with my GP practice.

My husband has very poor mobility and requires a home visit. Following a stay in hospital he has been suffering from a recurrent urine infection. Over the past six weeks we have been visited by Kevin and Ness. Both have dealt with my husband in a very caring way, medication has been prescribed and I have been able to collect it on the same day from the pharmacy. Arrangements were made for tests to be taken and a referral made to the appropriate department at the hospital.We are both grateful for the treatment we receive from the Croft Practice. We moved to the area just over a year ago and this practice is so much more efficient than our previous practice.

I only like morning appointments told you don't do morning appointments.plus for myself there is to much waffling before being able to talk to someone which does not do my anxiety and worrying state any good.
