The Croft Practice

I had a cervical smear which can be notoriously hard to obtain in my case. The two practitioners were fantastic. Warm, friendly and very skilled. It was one of the easiest procedures I have had, in the last 30 years. I was very impressed. Many thanks.

I was called for routine cervical screening. I have had this many times at various Gp practices but the nurse at the Croft was so good at putting me at my ease. The process was done quickly and with minimum fuss but in a gentle and professional manner. I only wish they had been like this previously. I await the results but thoroughly recommend the screening services offered.

Unfortunately managed to contract a U.T.I over Xmas. The pain I had over boxing day was excruciating and I decided to phone the surgery on 27th. I phoned dead on 8 and got through to the home visit line within a minute. The receptionist was very helpful and said she would put me on the list but to get a sample to them ASAP for checking. My wife took to the surgery and by the time she got back Kevin ha checked it, phoned me and arranged antibiotics to be collected locally that day. These were collected by 11am. Can't fault the service. Done and dusted within 3 hours. Well done Kevin and the Croft. Had a telephone call yesterday asking for a sample after finishing antibiotics to make sure all is OK. Again. Well done.
