can't get an appointment staff are rude, Refused a 3yrs an appointment due to a poorly eye was told this is a symptom of covid and refused to see her, It was found she had an ulcer in her eyes blocking her pupil and if they had been left any longer she may have lost her site, made a complaint to the office manager who has advised us to use a different doctors and it's a safeguarding issue. can u believe we have been thrown of the register for making a complaint, i have made a complaint via NHS England and via parliament. Will be speaking to the local papers also. This practise is shocking and shocking attitude of all staff, You wont get an appointment even if your dying the receptionists are rude unhelpful and have a disgusting attitude their QCQ Report is below national average i do not know how this place is still open.

They couldn't actually answer the phone instead of letting people call 122 times just to speak to a human and i think the receptionist could do with an attitude adjustment

I am appalled at the time it has taken to get through the automated service to be 6 in a queue- no problem with that to then nobody answering. Another case of a surgery using the pandemic as an excuse to not see or listen to patients. I understand the practice is busy but when it has promised to have a doctor call an elderly patient to check on reaction to medication today and then doesn’t and she or I can’t get through to see why - that is lack of care! Absolutely fed up of BCFP care package now

See people safely. Have a real person answer the phone and please don’t put an automated service on when you have no intention of picking up!

I would like to thank Dr Swain who went out of her way to call into to see my aunt at her home and take her antibiotics for a leg infection ,only a few hours after I had spoken to the surgery in late afternoon, in my opinion you couldn't get a better response than that from a local GP . Excellent
