I am appalled at the time it has taken to get through the automated service to be 6 in a queue- no problem with that to then nobody answering. Another case of a surgery using the pandemic as an excuse to not see or listen to patients. I understand the practice is busy but when it has promised to have a doctor call an elderly patient to check on reaction to medication today and then doesn’t and she or I can’t get through to see why - that is lack of care! Absolutely fed up of BCFP care package now

See people safely. Have a real person answer the phone and please don’t put an automated service on when you have no intention of picking up!
