I find it difficult sometimes to get trough. Or the phone is ringing but no one takes it. But i do get my appointments required.

The phone system is terrible. Get cut off often if you can even get through. Can't get a Dr appointment for months.

I don't feel I get what I need from the Doctor, an actual appointment, not a 'don't really seem interested' over the phone conversation. I wanted help not just tests & told to look at a website. Can't get a Dr appointment for months. I just need to be seen by a Doctor within a week or 2.

Overall, when I can get an appointment, the service is good from the nurses and some of the doctors. The nurses have been kind, helpful and have always given me all the information I need. I did not use the reception staff this time, but in the past there is a staff member on reception who is very rude and acts as though you are a huge inconvenience to her. I have only spoken to there over the phone, so don't know her name. But it is so bad that a dread calling. It is extremely difficult to get an appointment, which can be very frustrating, and calling at 8am isn't an option when you have school drop off and work.

Reception staff could be more helpful and polite, and better at communicating. Wait times for appointments are bad, but I don't know what the answer is to this!

I called in the morning and was offered an appointment with Dr Roux within an hour. Dr Roux referred me to Worthing Hospital for an X-Ray, which happened within a week. She also prescribed medication. So very satisfied.

Sometimes, it takes a long time to get thrugh on the phone. Some receptionists are more helpful than others.

I need to have a specific link to send a photo of the feet needing treatment.
