I was seen the same day I rang for an appointment, and the care I received was excellent, including the follow up appointment a week later. I was then referred to a specialist which was the correct thing to do following the diagnosis.

The previous visual patient call was very good, the current system wastes the time and energy of the doctors and nurses.
