There was no receptionist on arrival or when leaving the doctors.. upon leaving the exit door was locked. I've only been registered at Arundel surgery about 4/5 months but I have found that I'm having to wait much longer for an appointment than I've ever experienced at any other doctors I've been registered with before, sometimes having to wait a few weeks.

I don't know the operations/workings of this surgery well enough, but, I'd received a letter due to being overdue according to my notes by 18 months for a follow up appointment after having to have a procedure with the results of my last smear. I didn't know this or I would have certainly been in touch, it was mentioned maybe this was due to covid moving house or changing doctors? Transferring of information? I'm having to wait between 1-6 weeks for my results which now adds to my worry/concern that the delay hasn't caused any adverse issues for me. I don't know how your booking, priority, rotering etc work, I just feel a disappointed. On the plus side Amanda the nurse who I saw was faultless in every aspect of my appointment.
