I always receive first class treatment at Teams Medical Practice and the NHS is a National Treasure that needs to continue to be free at point of access. The staff are understanding of the medical issues I have experienced and are professional in the services they offer. They appropriately refer to other NHS services and really make a difference in the community. They are social proscribers and I have engaged in community events eg The weekly walking group. Through these initiatives the Practice offers opportunities to relieve social isolation and loneliness.

Reception staff sit quite low below the reception area

Very rarely at doctors but when i need the surgery i always find all staff pleasant and feel both doctors and practice nurses are engaging and listen to any question's. Can’t fault the service!

Like all surgeries appointments are sometimes difficult to get.

Managed to book online an appointment last time also when rang up got an apointment no bother .

Very happy with Dr Dornan , Dr Zymoski . Receptioniat very helpfull also
