I have been with this surgery many years and have seen numerous changes and medical staff in this time. I have just turned 71 and find that I am treated with respect and listened to The surgery is always clean and brightly lit. The surgery is situated in an area where there is a degree of social and economic deprivation which brings with it many problems and challenges, this however is dealt with systematically and sensitively I have on on the occasions making an appointment that every effort is made to assist me I fully endorse my surgery and and support the diligent staff therein

Was able to see doctor same day I rang for appointment. Had to be referred to hospital for an ECG because machine not available at surgery. Got appointment for a few days later. All good

I have never had a problem in arranging an appointment either by phone or online

Rang re appointment for shingles vaccine and got an appointment for the afternoon on the same day

Getting an appointment for the day or in advance with a nurse works well but getting a non-urgent appointment qith a GP in advance is almost impossible. I was only able to have an appointment on the day or the next. It feels wrong that I have to take an urgent appointment when it isn't critical and someone with a more immediate need may be turned away. Ideally I would like to be able to book online in advance but this is no longer available The receptionist who booked my appointment was very friendly and helpful and my appointment with the GP was great, I wasn't rushed and my questions were answered.

I have no complaints about the surgery everyone is so friendly, all my needs are met sbd if I can’t get seen by a doctor at my surgery there is always alternatives that the receptionist will give me it’s always a friendly place well done
