I always receive first class treatment at Teams Medical Practice and the NHS is a National Treasure that needs to continue to be free at point of access. The staff are understanding of the medical issues I have experienced and are professional in the services they offer. They appropriately refer to other NHS services and really make a difference in the community. They are social proscribers and I have engaged in community events eg The weekly walking group. Through these initiatives the Practice offers opportunities to relieve social isolation and loneliness.
