I managed to get two appointments in a week, for the same problem. They always try their best to fit you in. Sometimes you phone up as soon as the surgery opens, you are 27th in the queue. Just goes to show the demand on the surgery and the NHS in general.

I’ve never in all the years I’ve being on with this practice had as many problems trying to get an appointment to the point I’m now thinking of changing practices

Improvements have been made which is good to see the receptionists were really helpful and so was the nurse who I had the appointment with
