Booking the appointment was a bit of an ordeal, but the rest was first class, the appointment was exactly on time and doctor very professional.

Find it virtually impossible to get an appointment unless I’m on the phone at 7:30 am. Even then I’ve been told no appointments for that day and no future appointments available.Was sent to another practice booked by receptionist. When I arrived was told no doctor available at that practice.

Really not sure how you are able to improve this situation using this current system

The only problem I had was getting an appointment. Some morning's I was put in a queue with 47 other people. Once I got an appointment everything was good

You could maybe put more GP's on

Always loved this surgery staff always friendly and helpful and drs n nurses are so dedicated on giving the best possible care never had no problems what so ever, always been able to get appointments too. I joined this surgery back in 2001 and was there a few years before moving away from area moved back to area and came back to the same surgery and honestly nothings changed apart from new drs which is expected still love this surgery.

I managed to get two appointments in a week, for the same problem. They always try their best to fit you in. Sometimes you phone up as soon as the surgery opens, you are 27th in the queue. Just goes to show the demand on the surgery and the NHS in general.
