Since joining in February I have found the receptionist to be very polite and helpful with any issues I have had.
The doctors have been very understanding and listen carefully to my symptoms.

Sutton Benger surgery is the best surgery. The staff are more than helpful. I've had a few problems over the last 3 years and all the staff and doctors and nurses have been fantastic. I can't thank them enough.

My husband and I are new patients as we have recently moved to the area. These are our first impressions:-
The Reception was efficient but also welcoming. Every effort was made to resolve any problems.
The Practice Nurse was extremely caring and helpful.
The GP(Dr Else) I saw was very efficient and understanding and resolved my problem quickly.
The dispensary service is a welcome addition to what seems to be an excellent Surgery.

I was give an emergency appointment and the doctor saw that there was no nurse available to take blood so he went in search of what he needed and took blood himself so It could be sent for testing immediately
