Never had any trouble getting an appointment or if I went early could see a doctor that morning. Doctors go out of their way to ensure I had every test I may have needed and swift referral if hospital was needed. For a practice set up to serve 4,000 but actually has to serve 19,000 they do a superb job . However with all the new houses in the area a new doctors practice is urgently needed.

The SHC website says "You can now book appointments online with Patient Access". But this doesn't work: you get: "Sorry .. Unfortunately Dr BARNETT & partners does not offer online registration for Patient Access at the moment."

Not open on Saturday which may help ease the totally unacceptably long time to get an appointment. Why not hire some practitioner nurses to take some of the load off the Doctors.
