Although I have now found a great doctor within this practice I was at a point of leaving as I felt it to be very uncaring and you were just a number rushed through....NEXT...... The car park can be difficult to get a space, but the surgery is clean and waiting times are not to bad......reception staff on the other hand can be quite curt and have possibly not worked in customer facing positions before and as the receptionists are front of house and the first impression of the practice you get I believe this to be an area that could be improved.

The surgery is clean, parking is ok, only problem is trying to get an appointment, if you want to see a particular doctor etc, this can take a few weeks. Today I had an appointment for 15.40 but did not see doctor untill about 16.15, doctor said sorry for delay, due to number of patients before me, this was not a problem for me. The other problem is the number of doctors leaving, you do not get notified that your allocated doctor is no longer available, as I have had cancer and have a number of hospital visits, I never know who to say my doctor is. Otherwise I find the surgery dos a great job with what it has.

Good surgery with some brilliant Drs, unfortunately let down by several (not all) rude and unhelpful receptionists that simply do not listen or talk very kindly to you. Some of these staff are letting down what is a lovely surgery.

I have to reiterate what a previous reviewer said: The doctors are generally great but the support staff leave a lot to be desired with repeat prescriptions ordered online often going astray and the general telephone waiting times and courtesy leave a lot to be desired. It is also beyond me why drugs that are regularly ordered all come in different quantities and packaging as, not only must this lead to substantial waste of the drugs themselves, using large packaging for minute pills such as perindopril erbumine is damaging to the environment.
