Although I have now found a great doctor within this practice I was at a point of leaving as I felt it to be very uncaring and you were just a number rushed through....NEXT......
The car park can be difficult to get a space, but the surgery is clean and waiting times are not to bad......reception staff on the other hand can be quite curt and have possibly not worked in customer facing positions before and as the receptionists are front of house and the first impression of the practice you get I believe this to be an area that could be improved.
