This practice has turned into a joke. Phone only for appointments. Don't call back when promised and when reception are told they clearly do not care. I find this disturbing as, as it states, it's a doctors surgery. They make it almost impossible to be seen when needed. Stay away unless you want to spend hours on the phone trying to get a call back and especially if you need special care.
