In spite of rapidly growing numbers of patients, Stillmore Surgery staff are always polite, efficient and helpful. It isn't always easy to get appointments, especially the doctor of choice but they do their very best to accommodate everyone.
The biggest problem with this surgery is having to explain your symptoms to a receptionist. Then wait for a GP to phone you to decide if you need an appointment. I might need an appointment about twice a year but find the appointment system so difficult I do not bother unless it is 100% urgent.
I have been a patient of Stillmoor House surgery all of my life & have generally found the doctors & staff to be kind & helpful. It is sometimes difficult to see the GP of choice which can be a nuisance with keeping continuity of on-going conditions. However, I have always been able to speak to the duty doctor when needed.
There appears not to be a Patient Participation Group for this practice, or if there is it is very well hidden and never appears to give feed back or consults with the patients.
