Very polite I was seen straight away the team of girls are brilliant.
Clean, friendly.
Helpful, quick.
Got to see your doctor more often not talking on the phone.
Following visit to see my GP appointment was made to see neurologist at Furness Hospital as requested by myself.
Following the consultation, it took several weeks before report came back to station house surgery. But I was advised this was "the norm"even though medication advised was from prescribed pills, to some cream to be applied. I asked for further appointment at surgery, very good response and advice from a G.P. and good service given by receptionists and pharmacists dept, subsequently.
There was nothing good seeing Dr Holme - he had absolutely no interest in helping me with problems. It may help if he could smile and show interest even if he isn't interested. I have to add I have seen other Drs in there, all are the same - programmed to be robots! Dr. Payne was one in a million - she was very caring and friendly, what a loss her leaving. I am constantly in pain and not one I have seen recently have even tried to help in any way. Surely a true diagnosis would help. I feel the need to say, that I don't think I will ever return - I know several others who feel exactly as I do.
Couldn't answer Q3 as I was told all decisions were up to me and no care or treatment was suggested.
