Very kind listened and was helpful. Dr Haigh smiled which was very nice, it really helps when you are feeling very ill and in pain to find the Dr and staff so friendly

Waiting times for a Doctor's appointment (esp. with Dr Bethell) are sometimes several days. I have a long-term illness (heart disease) and I would like to be able to collect my meds less frequently eg every 8 weeks (4 weeks seems too often & also problematic if I'm on holiday) Good points - fantastic staff

I used to like the old system instead of waiting for the Duty to Doctor to ring back. I waited in all this AM so that meant I could not go out meaning today 17th June Wed
