I had reason to contact the surgery in November 2020 with a problem of concern. I was impressed with the speed in which I was given a face to face appointment (during Covid 19 restrictions) Doctor O' Mahoney provided first class professional treatment including investigations and referral to the hospital. This helped me to feel less anxious and more reassured. This is an excellent surgery (even in Covid times) and I would highly recommend it to any new patient.

On this particular occasion there wasn't anything that could be done better

Visited the surgery 19/09/19. easy to make an appointment for this visit online and with no waiting. Attended the surgery within 5 mins i was in with Dr. Bakewell who examined the problem efficiently. She dispensed common sense advice on how to monitor the issue. further advice was given re another issue and follow up materials quickly sent via text. In my humble opinion it does not get better than this. I visited a lot of surgeries in my previous employment and this one is at the top of the tree.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 10 years. Always easy to obtain an appointment at a suitable time, especially online. The whole team at the practice are efficient and friendly. The level of care provided has always been appropriate and in my case Dr Coker has always been friendly and professional, providing in my opinion excellent advice / treatment.

Lovely practice. Dr Coker is always so understanding and explains things so that you understand. Appointments are also very easy to get, you are never kept waiting for days, nine times out of ten you get one for the same day. Appointments again I have never been kept waiting sat in the waiting room. I highly recommend this surgery.
