Visited the surgery 19/09/19. easy to make an appointment for this visit online and with no waiting. Attended the surgery within 5 mins i was in with Dr. Bakewell who examined the problem efficiently. She dispensed common sense advice on how to monitor the issue. further advice was given re another issue and follow up materials quickly sent via text.
In my humble opinion it does not get better than this. I visited a lot of surgeries in my previous employment and this one is at the top of the tree.
